TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General
By booking and attending an appointment at LIP BOSS UK, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. These terms are in place to ensure your safety, protect your rights, and uphold the
standards of care we are committed to delivering.

 

2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older for all treatments. You may be asked to provide valid
photographic ID. A comprehensive medical consultation and consent form must be completed prior
to treatment.

 

3. Medical Disclosure
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history,
current health conditions, and medications during your consultation. LIP BOSS UK is not liable for
any adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate medical information.

 

4. Treatment Outcomes
Results from aesthetic treatments vary based on individual factors such as age, skin type, and
lifestyle. No guarantee is made regarding the outcome of treatments. Some results may require
multiple sessions. Aftercare compliance is essential for best results.

 

5. Payments & Refunds
A non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm your appointment and will be deducted from
your total bill on the day of treatment. Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless
otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of aesthetic procedures, we do not offer refunds on
treatments, including in cases of perceived unsatisfactory results or side effects. Refunds will only
be considered in the case of proven medical negligence.

 

6. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations
within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in the loss of the booking fee. Repeated late
cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.

 

7. Contraindications
Treatments may not be suitable for individuals who: - Are pregnant or breastfeeding - Have certain
medical conditions (e.g. autoimmune diseases, blood disorders, severe allergies) - Have active skin
infections or inflammation at the treatment site - Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational
drugs at the time of treatment Please discuss all concerns during your consultation.

 

8. Aftercare
Clear aftercare instructions will be provided following each treatment. You are responsible for
following all post-treatment advice. LIP BOSS UK is not responsible for complications arising from
neglect of aftercare. You must contact us immediately if you have concerns after your procedure.

 

9. Photography & Marketing Consent
Before and after photographs will be taken for clinical documentation and insurance compliance.
With your separate written consent, these images may be used for educational or marketing
purposes on our social media platforms and website.

 

10. Public Liability & Insurance
LIP BOSS UK holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance for all aesthetic
procedures performed. All treatments are administered by qualified, insured professionals in
accordance with CQC guidelines. While every precaution is taken, clients accept the risks
associated with elective cosmetic procedures.

 

11. Regulatory Compliance
LIP BOSS UK operates in line with guidance issued by the Care Quality Commission (CQC),
ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care. We adhere to the principles of
the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.

 

12. Complaints Policy
We are committed to providing excellent care and take client concerns seriously. If you are unhappy
with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us in writing within 7 days of your appointment.
Complaints will be reviewed in line with our internal complaints procedure, which is available upon
request. All complaints will be handled with discretion, fairness, and a commitment to resolving
issues in a timely manner.

 

13. Infectious Disease Policy
Clients must not attend appointments if they are unwell or experiencing symptoms of infectious
illness (including COVID-19). We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the interest of
safety and public health.

 

14. Amendments
LIP BOSS UK reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version
will always be available on our website or by request.
